The fist thing you notice about the Epson S21 is that it’s cheap, very cheap. Expensive genuine ink cartridges are not the S21’s only problems, the print speed is very poor even for a budget printer with the claimed 25 pages per minute being more like 2 pages per minute is standard quality mode printing black text. The printer is also very noisy when printing particular when loading a sheet of paper. The built quality however is quite good the plastics feel solid and it should stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. The Stylus S21 is defiantly not a classic but its cheap and prints at a reasonable quality, but if your looking for a heavy duty printer best to look elsewhere.
