Epson Stylus S21 Trial

The fist thing you notice about the Epson S21 is that it’s cheap, very cheap. These leads most people to think that Epson S21 ink cartridges are cheap and then find out when they get the printer home that they cost as much as the printer does. This is how the printer manufactures can offer their printer so cheap they make the profit back on sales of replacement printer ink cartridges, although it has to be said that the Epson D92 is the cheapest Epson printer to run in terms of the cost of its printer cartridges. If you’re looking for real value for money however you should look at compatible ink cartridges which are a faction of the cost of the genuine Epson ones. Expensive genuine ink cartridges are not the S21’s only problems, the print speed is very poor even for a budget printer with the claimed 25 pages per minute being more like 2 pages per minute is standard quality mode printing black text. The printer is also very noisy when printing particular when loading a sheet of paper. The built quality however is quite good the plastics feel solid and it should stand up to the wear and tear of everyday use. The Stylus S21 is defiantly not a classic but its cheap and prints at a reasonable quality, but if your looking for a heavy duty printer best to look elsewhere.
